How do we process your personal data listed in documents resulting from the business relationship between you and KOMA Industry, s.r.o.? We treat all these documents in accordance with the GDPR and archive them for the period specified by law. After this period, we will dispose of the documents.
Business cards, company promotional materials, including electronic ones, will be kept in our company for the duration of the business relationship or for the period of legitimate interest in concluding this business relationship in the future.
In contracts concluded since 25/05/2018, we undertake to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
